Before contacting technical-support staff, review the top issues addressed below.

Tech Note Description
000   Misplaced or have forgotten the username or password to login.
001   After a successful login in, the browser says "Oracle Forms Server", but nothing loads into the page.
002   Cannot save Annual Report Data.
003   AOL browser DOES NOT work with Oracle Plug-in.
004   Receive Message indicating "Server may be busy..." while attempting to access Member Menu/Oracle Forms.
005   Instructions for adding a course in the "Course Info." section of the Annual Report.
006   Common mistakes in inserting Course Information
007   Firewalls and Proxy Servers: "failed to locate server"
