| An invalid date format was inserted into a particular "date" field, such as "Fiscal Yr End" in "Financial Info." |

Solution: |

When inserting dates into Oracle forms for the NACCAS 2001-2002 Annual Report, use the following format: DD-MMM-YYYY For example. Today is September 20, 2002; today's date in terms of the format described above would be typed as follows: 20-SEP-2002 |
