Member Menu Login Instructions

If NACCAS has not sent you your usernames and passwords, Download the e-mail verification form (pdf) and fax back to NACCAS. http://www.naccas.org/membermenu/FaxVerify.pdf

Follow these steps after receiving your usernames and passwords.

1. If you are using Internet Explorer Version 5, we recommend that you upgrade to Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. You can upgrade your browser at this address: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/?IE

2. You will need to download the Java plug-in for your browser at the following location:

• http://www.naccas.org/downloads/jinit/jinit11816.exe

The java plug-in enables your computer to communicate with an "Oracle Database Application Server", the Java Plug-in (jinit11816.exe) is certified to run without incidents under the following browser and OS configurations:

* Although JInitiator 1.1.8.16 is certified on Internet Explorer 5.0/5.5. It is in no way imply that other Oracle Java applications are certified to run on Internet Explorer. Please consult corresponding documentation from for supported browsers.

** Oracle JInitiator 1.1.8.16 has been shown (by both internal testing and the absence of any customer reported issues) not to be sensitive to any particular version of Netscape 4.x. It is therefore certified for use against all versions from 4.x onwards. Currently we test Oracle JInitiator on Netscape 4.78 and will continue to install and test against the latest version of Netscape 4.7.x . 

3. When prompted to "Save" or "run from current location" choose to save it. Save in: Desktop. (NOTE: may take up to an hour to download.)

4. When the window indicates "Download Complete", press open to install the program, otherwise go to the file "jinit11816.exe" which you saved to your desktop, double-click the icon to open it. Follow the instructions, and when the plug in installation is complete, click "finish".

5. Go to the Member Menu Website Login at http://www.naccas.org/annualreport/login.html and enter the username and password from the FIRST SET in the document that was sent to you.

6. If your login is successful, you will be prompted to change the password from the FIRST SET, you should record the New Password in the blank line provided under the the original password in the First Set. You will also need to provide a "security question" and answer in case you forget your password in the future.

7. When you have changed your password from the FIRST SET for the NACCAS website login, your username remains the same and your password becomes what ever you changed it to. If successful, a link to the entry screen for NACCAS Oracle Forms Database/Member Menu will display, click the link.

8. You will be redirected to the Oracle Forms Entry Page, and there will be a message indicating that an applet is loading. It may take a while to load, but that should only occur on the first time you go to the Oracle screen. When the applet is finished loading, enter the Username/Password/Database Name provided provided in the SECOND SET of usernames and passwords. These will always remain the same.

10. If you own multiple schools, these usernames and passwords apply to all schools listed under the NACCAS owner ID indicated on the Access Codes document that was e-mailed to you. Below is a representation of both sets of user names and passwords that were sent to the schools.
