Member Menu Login Instructions for non-accredited schools (guests)

Logging In To The Member Menu as a "Guest"

1. Be sure your web browser meets or exceeds the minimum requirements.
   Internet Explorer 5.5 or Navigator 4.x

• If you are using Internet Explorer Version 5, we recommend that you upgrade to Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. You can upgrade your browser at this address: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/?IE
  To view your browser version, on the main menu in Internet Explorer, click Help>About Internet Explorer

2. Download the Java plug-in (JInitiator 1.1.8.16) for your browser at the address below:

• http://www.naccas.org/downloads/jinit/jinit11816.exe
  When prompted to "Save" or "run from current location" choose to save it. Save in: Desktop. (NOTE: may take up to an hour to download.

• When the download is complete, click "open" and follow the instructions of the setup program to complete the intallation.

• If you closed the Download Progress and did NOT install the program, you will need to find the location where the setup program "jinit11816" was downloaded/saved and double-click the file to begin installation. Follow the instructions of the setup program to complete the intallation.

• The java plug-in enables your computer to communicate with an "Oracle Database Application Server", the Java Plug-in (jinit11816.exe) is certified to run without incidents under the following browser and OS configurations:

  Supported OS and Browser configurations
  (Does NOT support AOL or MSN browsers)

3. When the setup is complete, you can either log on as a guest or an accredited school:
   • Non-accredited schools (guests), go to:
     http://www.naccas.org/membermenu/GuestLogin.htm
     
4. At the log-in screen, gain entry as a guest by using the following access codes:
   
   

   USERNAME:	guest
   PASSWORD:	welcome
   DATABASE:	naccas

   
   
5. After successfully logging into the system as a guest, type the number of the menu option and press <ENTER>.
