At its January 4-5, 2007 meeting, the Appeal Review Panel considered the institution’s appeal of the Commission’s previous action to deny the Application for Accreditation. The Appeal Review Panel’s decision to deny the institution’s appeal and uphold the Commission’s decision to deny the Application for Accreditation of the institution referenced below is effective as of February 1, 2007:
