NACCAS ACCRED COUNCIL CREATES NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR LICENSING DATABASE

Mr. Gross, and the NACCAS Team have presented a demonstration of this database at the recent NIC Convention held in Las Vegas in August. This newly planned National Cosmetology Licensing Database will ensure that cosmetologists can readily move across state lines for employment while reducing potential license forgeries and the use of fake paperwork. Once complete, Cosmetology Licensing information will be available to all participating states. This important future program now needs to solicit sufficient funding resources, pledges and support from all levels of the professional cosmetology industry to make this National Licensing Database a reality over the next few years.
