The National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology
Arts & Sciences, Inc. (NACCAS) has been in existence
since 1970. Over the years there have been many changes
to the standards and procedures that serve as guidelines
for NACCAS-accredited schools. There have also been
several changes to personnel and Commissioners who serve
our schools.
The NACCAS Board of Commissioners and the NACCAS staff
want to take this opportunity to introduce themselves
and let you meet all of the individuals who are here
to serve you.
This group of individuals who make up the NACCAS family
exemplifies NACCAS’ commitment and dedication
to NACCAS-accredited schools.
The Board of Commissioners are elected by active NACCAS-accredited
schools. This group of dedicated professionals is responsible
for establishing and maintaining the standards, that
enhance the education experience of cosmetology students.
