Have you used NACCAS’ guide for return of Title IV aid recently? Please double check your calculations. Last week the Department of Education alerted NACCAS that an important number for the calculation wasn’t transferring to Step 5 from Line A. We don’t know if this glitch dates back to a change in Web browsers earlier this year, or to something else.

We believe the problem in this useful tool has now been corrected. But please let us know if anything doesn’t seem quite right. Officials at the United States Department of Education have tried the corrected form without problems.
