School Owners and Administrators:

The purpose of this e-mail is to encourage you to use the "Member Menu/Oracle Forms system" to obtain important information for your school. If you do not have your access codes that were previously distributed for your Annual Report or haven't logged into the system before, it is important that you read this entire message.

OBTAINING YOUR OFFICIAL RATES AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR SCHOOL

The "Official Rates” letter will no longer be mailed. Outcomes data is available through the Member Menu/Oracle Forms system. It is very important that you use the Oracle Forms/Member Menu system to access all of your schools pertinent information, such as schools' official rates.

Your official rates can be viewed through the Member Menu/Oracle Forms system by logging on from our website at http://www.naccas.org/annualreport, connecting and logging into "Oracle Forms", and typing option 2 for "School Information" on the "NACCAS Member Menu" options screen. In the "School Information" screen, click the tab "AR Summary" to view outcomes data.

LOGGING INTO THE "ORACLE FORMS/MEMBER MENU" SYSTEM

If your school filed the 2001-2002 NACCAS Annual Report, then you should already be familiar with the system. Prior to the 01-02 NACCAS Annual Report, we distributed access codes and login instructions to our accredited and candidate schools. To log in, please refer to those instructions.

If you no longer have the login information (member menu access codes) and instructions, you need to reply to this email message with the OID and REF codes (top) intact. We will then resubmit the information to the school owner, but you must file it somewhere where you will not lose it. Member Menu/Oracle Forms access codes can only be distributed by NACCAS to the school owner.
