| The 2002-2003 Annual Report year is upon
us. Visit the Member Menu section of the NACCAS website and
print your copy of the 2002-03 Annual Report Worksheet. http://www.naccas.org/membermenu/
We will not mail the worksheet to each school.
This message serves as a notice that the annual report is
due on October 31, 2003. Late fees will be assessed on November
16, 2003 for those schools that have not submitted an annual
report.
Get an early start. Gather the data now and
fill out the worksheet. On June 1, 2003, the 2002-03 Annual
Report On-Line form will be available. We encourage you to
log into the member menu now to be sure you have the proper
username and passwords. Remember when you logged into the
member menu for the first time, we asked you to change your
password to something you could easily remember. The Oracle
forms login is the same and will not change. If you are not
using the same computer as you did last year to file your
annual report, you must download and install the Java plug-in
for access to the Oracle forms. The Java plug-in and instructions
are available in the Member Menu section of the NACCAS website.
If this is the first time submitting an annual
report, we recommend reading the Member Menu User Guide and
Login instructions found in the member menu section. If your
institution has been in the Accreditation process for a period
of one year you will file an annual report this year. If you
have not received usernames and passwords to access the member
menu and oracle forms, please contact the NACCAS office immediately.

and request member menu login information.
Remember to check the technical support top
issues list if you are experiencing difficulty with the login
process. These support tips are based on actual calls and
should help resolve most problems.
