The Institutional Self Study is now available on-line. Access the ISS through the Member Menu section of http://www.naccas.org/membermenu/. For those schools going through the Renewal process, you may use this form to submit your ISS on-line. Please, follow these instructions:

* First, create a folder on your local computer called NACCAS ISS DOCS or something similar and remember where you placed it on the hard drive.

Log into the Member Menu just as you do to fill out the Annual Report and select the appropriate school (If you have not received your username/password for Member Menu call or email the NACCAS office). Click the School ISS Report button on the Main Menu.

The entire ISS is displayed. Next, click the link ‘(Get Standard Form Here)’. Follow the instructions in the pop-up window for downloading the word document to your local computer. When you save this file, save it in the folder you created above. This word document is where you will save the information requested.

For documents (we call them exhibits in the ISS document) that are just in printed format, you will use a scanner to scan and save to upload into the ISS. For example, Standard I 1&2 requests a copy of the mission statement that is printed in the school’s catalog. If you don’t have this document saved electronically, you can scan the page from your school’s catalog, save it as a file and then upload the scanned image to the ISS form.
